Liesl was born in Zimbabwe and her love of hunting developed when she lived on a farm in the Masvingo district, where she would accompany her father when he went out hunting. She knew then that this is what she wanted to do as a career.

Liesl started her hunting career with Lon at a young age and is only one of two women in Zimbabwe with a Professional Hunters License and is a member of ZGPA.

Liesl is the owner of Tokoloshe Safaris.
